Private Residence at Santa Lucia Preserve, California February 2008

Beginning in 500BC with the Rumsen Indians, the Preserve has been home to people who valued the land, its climate, wildlife and resources. That heritage continues for the families living on the Preserve today.

The Hydronika unit installed at this residence is a 4 pipe system providing 5 tons of cooling. Hot water is supplied by a natural gas fired 144K BTUH 95% AFUE boiler. Pumps are stainless steel and bronze. One variable speed 1/2 hp fan responds to liquid line return temperatures.
